About the Role:

We're looking for Senior Software Engineers to join teams working on MetaSphere Call Feature Server, MetaView, Advanced Messaging Server, MetaSphere Enhanced Application Server, Alianza Fusion, and the Orchestration Layer of the Intelligent Communications Fabric.

If some of those names are familiar, so is the challenge: delivering critical communications infrastructure at scale, with the availability and quality our customers depend on. What's new is the pace of change — Alianza is investing in its platform and in how we build, including AI-augmented engineering practices, and we need experienced engineers who can drive that evolution while keeping the foundations solid.

This is a hands-on IC role with scope to lead technically. We're hiring across a range of experience levels, so if the domain fits, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver complex one-person projects end-to-end, from architecture through deployment, working from loose briefs
• Contribute to larger team-scoped projects through some combination of producing high-level designs, large/complex test strategies, or debugging challenging field bugs in unfamiliar code
• Mentor engineers and contribute to their professional growth
• Drive technical excellence through code reviews, best practices, and quality standards
• Investigate and introduce new technologies and methodologies to improve team capabilities
• Participate in hiring and help build strong engineering teams
• Resolve complex technical challenges and serve as escalation point for critical issues

Desired Skills/Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, covering the full software development lifecycle, in telecoms or a similarly complex domain with high availability requirements
• Knowledge of and experience with Alianza products relevant to the role in question
• Advanced programming concepts such as low-level resource optimizations and high-level design patterns, across multiple languages
• Expertise in software technologies including Linux, IP networking, databases, open-source software and cloud computing platforms
• Mastery of code management inGit and/or SVN, including advanced branching
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
