The Opportunity
Are you passionate about technology and motivated to help others succeed? We are looking for a Graduate Support Engineer to join our global team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality technical support for our Network Functions Core equipment, ensuring our customers stay connected.

Support from Day One
You won’t be thrown into the deep end. We provide a structured 90-day mentorship program, pairing you with an experienced teammate to help you navigate your new role, learn about the technology, and feel confident in your work.
Your Journey with Us
After your initial training period, you’ll become a core part of the team. Your typical day will involve:
- Customer Connection: Answering support calls and ensuring priority customer tickets are routed to the right experts within SLA timeframes.
- Technical Ownership: Handling "Centralized Tasks" such as certificate renewals, VPN support, and password resets.
- Lab Maintenance: Helping maintain our internal lab systems through software and certificate updates.
- Collaboration: Staffing our live Chat service to guide customers through self-maintenance tasks.
