The Chief of Staff (CoS) to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) serves as a strategic partner, force multiplier, and operational integrator across the Growth organization. This role enables the CGO to operate at maximum effectiveness by translating priorities into action, driving alignment, and ensuring the business runs with clarity and precision.
This is not a coordination role. The CoS ensures that what reaches the CGO and leadership team is decision-ready. Clear, consistent, and actionable.
The CoS works across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations to accelerate decision-making, improve execution, and strengthen operating rhythm across a global commercial organization.

Business Insights & Decision Support
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and Strategy to synthesize business performance into clear insights
- Ensure data, forecasts, and initiatives are presented with recommendations, tradeoffs, and risks, ready for executive decision

- Experience supporting or partnering with a senior executive in a high-growth, complex environment
