ABOUT THE ROLE

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in leading daily operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, and maintaining established brand guidelines and best practices. This role is responsible for overseeing team performance, operational logistics, retail and inventory management, and venue business.

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a customer-focused environment such as retail, hospitality, or entertainment

  • Solid understanding of venue operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with safety and operational standards

  • Demonstrated experience in training and developing staff to enhance their skills and performance

  • Basic understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

  • A strong background in delivering exceptional customer service and improving guest experiences

  • Must have open availability, seven days a week

  • Must be able to lift/carry 50+ lbs

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
