play a key role in identifying suspicious activity, reviewing transactions, and helping
safeguard accounts. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented,

What you’ll do:
- Review ACH credits, card transactions, and other payment activity for signs of fraud.
- Conduct deposit reviews, verifying deposit details such as source, amount, and
- Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews, verifying identification and supporting
- Screen accounts against OFAC sanctions lists and take appropriate action based on
- Analyze fraud alerts, identify patterns and trends, and escalate high-risk cases when
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve fraud incidents.
- Maintain accurate and detailed case notes for all alerts and account reviews.
- Use sound judgment and critical thinking to make decisions and ensure timely fraud
- Contribute to fraud trend detection and support the ongoing protection of
Job Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry preferred.
- Familiarity with payment channels such as checks, ACH, wires, and debit/credit cards.
- Strong time management and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across cross-functional and external teams.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to make sound decisions and consistently apply judgment in identifying fraud.
- Detail-oriented with a process-focused mindset.
- Takes accountability and ownership for results and work quality.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, team-based environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday. Hybrid, office 3 days a week.
