The Job:
Join our HRBP team and make an impact. As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for supporting various HR processes, assisting with vendor agreements, organizing employee events, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist in vendor agreement coordination, including researching, reviewing, and organizing documentation.

  • Support the planning and execution of employee events such as team-building activities, celebrations, and training sessions.

  • Maintain and update employee files to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Provide administrative support for HRBP-related projects, including data entry, document tracking, and reporting.

  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Support the HRBP team in other ad hoc tasks as needed.

What could set you apart:

  • Fluent in English.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Basic understanding of HR processes and best practices is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.

  • RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes).
