Duties & Responsibilities
Provide professional customer service regarding collection issues.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts.
Make collection calls on past due accounts.
Negotiate payment arrangements with customers to bring their account current.
Uses pre-existing resolutions to solve client issues.
Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary
Provides customer service internally and externally.
Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Excellent costumer Service Orientation
Must possess basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Must posse the ability to sell and negotiate with different consumers
Cannot be afraid to ask questions and seek out information
Ability to deal with customers
Willing to learning
Speaks English fluently, advanced written English
Qualifications
1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
High School Diploma or Associate degree or a related field of study preferred
