As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and automation systems that power modern development and deployment workflows. You will work across a broad set of technologies from Kubernetes and Terraform to CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. What you will be doing:

• Design and Maintain CI/CD Pipelines:
  Build and maintain robust, scalable CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions to support rapid and reliable application delivery.

• Infrastructure Management with Terraform:
  Manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS EC2, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, VPC) using Terraform, including multi-environment deployments, module architecture, and remote state management.

• Containerization and Development Environments:
  Develop and maintain Docker-based environments, including Docker Compose setups for local development and Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments.

• Kubernetes & Microservices:
  Deploy and manage distributed services on Kubernetes (AWS EKS, Azure AKS), ensuring resilience, scalability, and observability.

• Monitoring and Performance Optimization:
  Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions using tools such as Grafana, DataDog, Prometheus, and Cloudwatch. Design custom monitors to track application and infrastructure performance.

• Automation and Scripting:
  Automate operational tasks and workflows using shell scripting (Bash), PowerShell, and languages like Python or Groovy.

  Documentation and Best Practices:
  Author and maintain clear technical documentation, contributing to best practices for operations, security, deployment, and disaster recovery.

• Mentorship and Leadership:
  Provide guidance and leadership to junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, reliability, and technical excellence.

What you will likely bring:

• In-depth understanding of DevOps principles, tooling, and lifecycle automation.

• Proven experience as a generalist engineer, comfortable working across unfamiliar areas and technologies.

• Advanced proficiency with Kubernetes (AWS, Azure, EKS) and containerized microservices architecture.

• Extensive experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and private/public container registries.

• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

• Strong scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, and optionally Python or Groovy.

• 7+ years working with Linux-based environments.

• Expert-level understanding of Terraform for infrastructure as code, including module development and multi-environment management.

• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability platforms (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, DataDog, Cloudwatch).

• Solid experience with tools like Git, Helm, Kubernetes Operators, kubectl, curl, jq, and NGINX Ingress.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor and lead technical team members.
