Senior Cloud Reliability Analyst

The Senior Cloud Reliability Analyst is responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of our Public Cloud, Government Cloud and Enterprise Accounts. This role involves deploying, monitoring, and maintaining cloud applications, as well as handling incoming requests from these accounts.
What You Will Be Doing:
The duties and responsibilities include analyzing application logs and monitoring live production, promptly addressing action items and alerts.
The role involves responding to requests from customers during their scheduled working hours and providing support as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to groups outside the IT organization.
Collaboration with development, operations, and infrastructure teams is essential to develop effective automation solutions.
The position requires working one of two shifts: Thursday to Sunday or Saturday to Tuesday, with each shift consisting of four 10-hour days.
What You Will Likely Bring:
Experience with configuration and administrative functions of either Kinetic or Prophet 21 ERP Applications
Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS or similar technologies required.
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory required.
Experience with AKS, Cosmos DB, Containerization
Ability to troubleshoot and maintain various software applications.
Ability to work both independently and as a team to accomplish departmental goals.
Advance knowledge of SQL.
What Could Set You Apart:
5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
2+ years of specialized/industry experience.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

Range:
Minimum: $70,000 USD Maximum: $200,000 USDThe salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation.
