Ensure compliance with data governance frameworks, security policies, and internal standards, including documentation and audit readiness
What you will likely bring:
5–8 years of hands-on experience as a SQL Server DBA and/or Developer in enterprise environments.
Advanced proficiency in T-SQL, including complex query development, performance tuning, and indexing strategies.
Deep understanding of SQL Server architecture, internals, and high availability solutions such as AlwaysOn Availability Groups, clustering, and replication.
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell for automation, monitoring, and administrative task optimization.
Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is a plus.
Familiarity with backup and recovery frameworks, including Ola Hallengren’s scripts and third-party tools.
Solid grasp of database security best practices, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and auditing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
What could set you apart:
