Technical Application Specialist

As a Technical Application Specialist you will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test solutions within the Kinetic/ERP product, focusing on the financial domain.
What you will be doing:
Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat, providing timely and accurate solutions ensuring a positive customer experience.
Issue Diagnosis: Analyze and diagnose application issues reported by customers.
Troubleshooting: Perform troubleshooting steps to identify and resolve software or system failures.
Testing Solutions: Test proposed solutions to ensure they effectively resolve the issues.
Documentation: Document resolutions and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
Escalation: Escalate complex cases to higher-level support or development teams as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Development Team to communicate system malfunctions and collaborate on solutions.
Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to and utilize the department's knowledge base articles and FAQs.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about ERP software updates and changes to provide up-to-date support.
Qualifications:
Experience with ERP systems or similar software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of financial, manufacturing, retail, or distribution processes.
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL is a plus.
