The Job:
As a Finance Operations Intern you'll support our team by helping ensure accurate project setup, billing, and customer support. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to project operations, contracts, and customer service within a global software company.
What you will be doing:
Review and process Professional Services orders and contracts to set up projects in internal systems.
Execute contract and project updates, cancellations, and manual adjustments following internal approvals and accounting rules.
Assist in auditing project documents and billing data to ensure system accuracy and compliance with customer agreements.
Respond to and resolve customer billing inquiries through analysis, research, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a university program with at least 1 year left until graduation.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
