Customer Account Manager

The Digital Client Partner is responsible for the relationship and Consulting Sales efforts of our existing customers. Coordinates cross-functionally to assist with the consulting sales process, as well as create a relationship with the existing customer base.
What you will be doing:
Responsible for attaining monthly, quarterly, and annual consulting sales quotas and weekly pipeline creation goals
Facilitate efficient and in-depth product demonstrations for customers with the Sales Solutions team
Introduce new product offerings and functionalities to the customer base, keeping them up to speed with our latest product enhancements and new releases
Create long-term relationships within the customer leadership team and develops reference ability within the install base
Partner with others within Epicor to sell our solution
Conduct account and territory planning
Generate leads through social selling and leveraging one's network
Follow up on company-generated leads and innovative marketing campaigns within your territory
Some travel is expected in support of sales efforts
What you will bring:
Proven presentation and demonstration skills
Self-starter with the ability to operate independently
2+ years of ERP experience
2+ years of CRM experience (Salesforce strongly preferred)
2+ years’ account management and/or consulting sales experience, including customer satisfaction.
2+ years of consistent quota attainment
Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory
