The Technical Support Specialist is focused on diagnosing and resolving complex technical and system issues while providing an exceptional customer experience. This role involves troubleshooting a variety of client-server applications, collaborating across teams, and contributing to continuous improvements in product support and service delivery.

What you will be doing:

  • Conferring with customers via phone, email, or chat to diagnose technical and system problems, troubleshoot, repair, and test solutions, documenting actions and escalating as necessary.
  • Troubleshooting client-server application issues involving Microsoft SQL, web servers, credit card payment terminals, network printers, and Android/iOS devices using established procedures.
  • Responding to situations where standard procedures have failed to isolate or correct issues by applying customer-centric communication and technical product knowledge.
  • Staying up-to-date with software updates and changes to provide accurate, timely solutions to customers.
  • Assisting with system setup, configuration, and the use of programming or integration tools to support customization, extension, and integration of products.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as customer experience and sales, to address concerns impacting customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting in mentoring and supporting other team members to ensure consistency and high standards of customer service.
  • Contributing to and utilizing the department’s knowledge base articles and FAQs.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume, fast-paced support environment

  • 3+ years of applicable experience in technical support or a related field
  • Experience with SaaS or e-Commerce platforms
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies
  • Comfortable identifying issue trends and contributing to process improvements
