Principal Territory Manager
Join Epicor as a Territory Manager! The Territory Manager, Principal is responsible for generating sales for the Northeast territory to achieve or exceed the assigned quota, selling both Epicor Manufacturing ERP and additional module products. Coordinates cross-functionally to maximize revenue from prospects. Acts as a leader for other team members and uses expert Manufacturing industry knowledge to drive innovation.
What you will be doing:
Owns the Northeast territory strategy and execution based on overall business strategy and territory growth targets
Responsible for achieving or exceeding quota for the assigned territory
Applies expert knowledge of Epicor products' solutions to the customer and its differentiation with the competition
Prospects in the assigned territory to achieve a qualified pipeline of 3X the annual quota
Coordinates cross-functionally to maximize revenue from prospects in the assigned territory
Acts as an effective sales team leader with the ability to work cross-functionally within and outside of the sales organization
Updates and maintains CRM data base and performs weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for the assigned territory
Traveling to meet with prospects in person up to 50%
What you will likely bring:
Proven track record of sales success selling ERP software into large Enterprise Manufacturing accounts
Ability to establish and manage executive level customer relationships
Ability to handle multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to present technical concepts in a clear manner to customers and sales team
Ability to act as a leader to the team and manage cross-functional projects
Ability to establish and manage executive level customer relationships
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
Knowledge of the specific product industry
12+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success with Manufacturing knowledge
6+ years of specialized ERP industry experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

Range:
Minimum: $80,000 USD Maximum: $220,000 USDThe salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
