Business Operations Specialist

As a Business Ops Specialist, you will manage customer maintenance support contract changes and oversee final product shipments throughout the customer lifecycle. You will be responsible for handling billing inquiries, coordinating internal processes, and leading operational improvements. We are seeking applicants with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to help drive efficiency and satisfaction across our business operations.
What you will be doing:
- Process incoming service orders for hardware parts, maintenance, and technical support from various channels including customer service, sales, and direct client interactions.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of service contracts, warranties, RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations), and customer communications.
- Prepare accurate service quotations, verify part availability and pricing, and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Coordinate with technical support, field service, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor service order progress, manage return logistics, and follow up on repair, replacement, or on-site service commitments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify service delays or recurring issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Recommend enhancements to tools, systems, and communication practices to streamline service workflows.
What you will likely bring:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in order processing, technical support coordination, or hardware services.
- High school diploma required; vocational training or coursework in business, logistics, or IT support is preferred.
- Open to recent graduates or those about to graduate

- Strong multitasking and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
