The Marketing Operations Analyst, is responsible for managing and optimizing the financial processes that support marketing initiatives. This includes overseeing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice tracking, and budget alignment. Will work cross-functionally with Finance and Marketing stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial workflows.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the end-to-end process for marketing-related purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Oversee invoice tracking and reconciliation, proactively resolving discrepancies and ensuring alignment with budget allocations.

  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, and cross-functional stakeholders to uphold compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial records and dashboards, delivering actionable insights to Marketing Operations leadership.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial workflows and operational efficiency.

  • Contribute to quarterly and annual planning cycles by analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and supporting strategic decision-making.

  • Act as a key liaison for finance-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to marketing teams and leadership.

What you will bring:

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations, financial operations, or procurement within a corporate environment.

  • Strong understanding or willingness to learn the financial processes including purchase orders (POs), purchase requisitions (PRs), invoice management, and budget tracking.

  • Analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent English communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Proficiency in financial and marketing operations tools (e.g., Wrike, Allocadia, ARM); ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced coursework or certifications a plus.
