Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst responsible for gathering and prioritizing customer requirements and working closely with the Development team to ensure solutions effectively meet customer and business needs.
What you will be doing:
Act as a product owner/business analyst, analyzing customer requirements and creating user stories and epics.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to define and document product requirements.
Write clear specifications, including scope, priorities, acceptance criteria, and detailed user stories.
Analyze business processes to define roadmap features and identify value opportunities.
Conduct acceptance testing and support the development team with requirement clarifications.
Present sprint reviews and work closely with 1–2 scrum teams to deliver product improvements.
What you will likely bring:
3+ years of relevant experience (e.g., business analyst, ERP administrator, or similar role).
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with JIRA, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Ability to translate business needs into software requirements effectively.
What could set you apart:
SQL Server experience (preferred but not required).
Degree in business systems analysis or a related field (preferred but not required).
