The Product QA Developer, Sr, designs, develops and implements test cases for the improvement of product quality.
The position also performs inspections on products, analyzes data, identifies trends in errors and monitors quality issues.
What you will be doing:
- Develops, modifies, and executes software test plans.
- Manages and maintains advanced manual/automation processes.
- Manages metrics and advanced reporting techniques.
- Analyzes features and contributes to the design from the customer's perspective.
- Partners across teams to support quality processes as a collaborative effort.
- Independently owns projects.
- Mentors the team on process and product capabilities.
- Actively participates in requirements reviews and provides recommendations (SME).
- Estimates new software changes.
What you will likely bring:
- Strong Hands-On Automation Expertise
Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks across UI, API, and integration layers.
Expertise in modern automation tools such as WebDriverIO, Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium - Automation & Coding Skills
Capable of building utilities, helpers, and internal QA libraries using Python or TypeScript.
Knowledge of React or frontend component testing is a plus. - AI in Coding
Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI) for test generation, optimization, and code assistance. - DevOps and Cloud Integration
Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, SaaS platforms, and integrating automated testing within cloud-based environments.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions, AKS/AWS. - Problem Solving and Debugging
Strong ability to analyze logs, APIs, and service dependencies to isolate and resolve failures efficiently.
Proficient in root cause analysis and improving test reliability. - Non-Functional Testing Experience
Hands-on experience with performance and security testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or OWASP ZAP. - SDLC & STLC Knowledge
In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Well-versed in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies, ensuring quality integration throughout the delivery process

- 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- 2+ years of specialized/industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
