What you will be doing
Source and screen candidates using Internet resources, including social media, applicant tracking system, employee referrals, career fairs, networking and direct contact.
Act as a resource for internal employees interested in applying for positions within the organization.
Educate hiring managers on overall hiring process.
Communicate and coordinate with HR COEs and other stakeholders involved in the hiring process.
Conduct phone interviews to qualify candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers.
Work with Software Development and Information Technology hiring managers, in various functions and in multiple locations.
Update and maintain the Epicor Application Tracking System.
Prepare job advertisements to be posted on job boards, internal ATS, and social media sites.
What you likely bring
2+ years of experience with Software Development or Information Technology recruitment and sourcing.
Ability to handle a workload up to 20+ requisitions at a time.
Ability to negotiate and close offers.
Experience with Workday ATS preferred.
Linkedin Recruiter experience preferred.
Excellent English written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
What could set you apart
3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
Prior experience in an ERP development environment
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
