The Job:
We’re looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team! In this role, you’ll assist with the full recruitment process—from creating job postings and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring initiatives. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate recruiting within a global software organization.
What you will be doing:
Identify and source qualified candidates aligned with business needs.
Analyze candidate pipelines to ensure alignment with role requirements.
Coordinate phone, virtual, and on-site interviews for candidates and hiring teams.
Post and update job requisitions across multiple platforms, including Workday and LinkedIn.
What you will learn:
How to manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer stage.
How to use an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred).
How to utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional sourcing tools.
What could set you apart:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes and best practices.
Interest or background in the software development or technology industry.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Mexican Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC) required.
