As a Project Manager Principal you will be responsible for aligning global PMO goals and objectives, standardizing project management processes at global level, and driving efficient project execution.

We are seeking for an experience in ERP Project Management for large-scale implementation projects, management and leadership experience and a strong track record in ERP implementation projects.

What you 'll be doing:

  • For internal project governance, coach and mentor PMs and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery and operational excellence across all engagements.

  • Lead project teams with strategic direction, motivation, and hands-on support to achieve project and organizational goals.

  • Leverage deep industry and product expertise to drive innovative solutions and optimize project outcomes, while identifying and mitigating risks proactively.

  • Manage complex, enterprise-level initiatives and full project lifecycles—from inception through planning, execution, validation, and deployment.

  • Oversee risk, resource, and budget management, ensuring adequate funding, clear documentation, and compliance with Epicor’s implementation framework.

  • Foster strong client relationships through regular status updates, issue resolution, and timely communication, while delivering a unified “One Epicor” experience.

  • Present clear progress reports and action plans to stakeholders, while actively listening and responding to concerns with empathy, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.

What you'll likely to bring?

  • Active Finnish and English language

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

  • A Change Agent-mindset and ability to influence, inspire others and lead the change.

  • Ability to undertake authority and hands-on attitude to drive results.

  • Strong documentation and organizational skills (plans, logs, acceptance control).

  • Customer-focused, self-motivated, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience on managing complex ERP Projects

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in project or program management with a demonstrated record of success.

  • PMP, Prince2 or equivalent Certification

This is a remote position; however, candidates must be based in Finland or in the United Kingdom and have the right to work there.
