About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Senior Product Developer to join our team as we build the next-generation UI experience for our ERP system. This is your opportunity to shape the future of a sophisticated enterprise platform—leveraging C#, .NET, and Blazor to deliver a powerful, modern, and intuitive experience for our users.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Blazor-based UI components and .NET backend services.
- Work extensively with C# objects, data models, and .NET Data Tables to manage, transform, and present structured data efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and fellow Developers to deliver elegant, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
- Translate complex metadata and business logic into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Contribute to system architecture and help define standards for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to mid-level and junior developers.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and agile ceremonies.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, fostering a collaborative and positive development culture.
- Stay current with evolving .NET and web technologies—always seeking ways to innovate and improve.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software development experience using C# and .NET (Core or later).
- Strong hands-on experience building modern, responsive web applications with Blazor or ASP.NET using Razor templates (Server or WebAssembly).
- Expert-level experience working with C# objects, data models, and DataTables in complex enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and a sharp eye for design and usability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with metadata-driven architectures or dynamic UI frameworks is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, dependency injection, and component-based architectures.
- A passion for clean, maintainable code and a drive to build exceptional user experiences.
