Product Designer - UX

You will help design how Epicor customers move faster and smarter through intelligent workflows. As part of the Product Experience & Design team, you will focus on craft, motion, and precision to make complex cloud migration and customization experiences simple and intuitive.

You will translate technical workflows into clear, intuitive designs that empower users to automate repetitive tasks through AI-driven assistance.
What You’ll Do
Design end-to-end experiences that help customers configure and customize their ERP systems
Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes ready for developer handoff
Define motion, interaction, and feedback patterns that reinforce clarity and flow
Partner with research and product teams to validate designs through testing
Collaborate with engineering to ensure accuracy and scalability in implementation
Contribute to design documentation, reviews, and component libraries
What You Bring
3 to 5 years of experience in Product Design for enterprise or workflow-driven applications
Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to hierarchy and usability
Proficiency in Figma and motion prototyping tools
Ability to manage feedback and balance craft with delivery speed
A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional product design craft, clarity in problem framing, and measurable product impact
What Could Set You Apart
Experience designing for cloud migration, workflow builders, or automation platforms
Knowledge of motion principles and design systems
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for design-to-dev communication
Experience in AI-assisted or enterprise SaaS environments
