What you will be doing:
- Strategic Partnership
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide insights on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as an employee champion and change agent.
- Drive engagement initiatives, conduct pulse surveys, and implement action plans to improve employee experience.
- Talent Management o Partner with Talent Acquisition for recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
- Support succession planning, career development, and retention programs.
- Performance Management o Facilitate goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes.
- Coach managers on performance improvement and leadership principles.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws, including Wage Code, Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, and POSH compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and support audits.
- Policy & Process Management o Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure consistency and fairness in application across business units.
- HR Systems & Analytics o Leverage Workday HCM for data management, reporting, and process automation.
- Use analytics to provide insights on attrition, engagement, and workforce trends.
- Change Management o Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee readiness.
What you likely bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree. MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in HR, with at least 2 years as HRBP in IT/ITES/Product companies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM and other HR tools. Experience and proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Communication: Fluency in English, excellent written/verbal skills, ability to articulate well
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and Indian labor laws.
- Competencies: Business acumen, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem solving.
