Duties & Responsibilities
Provide guidance to the project team through proactive training, sharing knowledge, and communicating best practices.
Provide creative and high quality solution leadership ensuring effective execution of
project delivery, financials, and client satisfaction objectives.
Design, develop and manage project schedule, resources, budget and scope.
Ensure that project plans and work products are based on approved and agreed-upon requirements.
Regularly distribute and present key data and strategies highlighting the progress and status of projects.
Manage project risks and proactively create mitigation strategies.
Influence and drive project/engagement direction with members of cross-functional teams.
Responsible for enterprise wide sized projects.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Superior organizational, project management and time management skills
Customer centric, results oriented, self-starter and able to work independently
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to manage expectations and establishes solid working relationship with Senior
Management and executives
Leadership skills
May work at client site from time to time
Ability to travel up to 35%
Qualifications
10+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
4+ years of specialized/industry experience
High school diploma
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
PMP Certification preferred
Can be a member of steering Committee
