HR Specialist Workday - (Contract 8 months)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with employee data maintenance and reporting.
- Create and maintain active and terminated employee files.
- Process and monitor background checks for external candidates.
- Support e-mail communications and sub-processes for new hires and personnel changes.
- Support the onboarding process, including partnering with stakeholders.
- Monitor HR Shared Services Mailbox and respond to inquiries related to hiring, employee inquiries, vendor requirements, and other activities managed through the mailbox.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of HR Operations.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Experience with ATS and HCM applications, Workday preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to complete tasks on deadlines.
Qualifications
- 1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
