What You Will Be Doing:
  • Lead end‑to‑end execution of complex technical initiatives across cloud services, software engineering, infrastructure, and modernization programs.
  • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Cloud Operations to translate cloud requirements, technical discussions, and system dependencies into structured project plans.
  • Manage program governance, planning, tracking, and communication using Agile methodologies and Epicor’s release frameworks.
  • Drive cross‑functional clarity, alignment, and timely decision‑making across Product, Engineering, Support, Consulting Services, and leadership teams.
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, ensuring visibility, context, and clear framing of technical and strategic decisions.
  • Support cloud leadership through KPI insights, operational trend analysis, and preparation of program‑level reporting and leadership reviews.
  • Champion PMO standards, process improvements, and effective use of tools such as JIRA, Aha!, Teams, Power BI, and SharePoint.
What You Will Likely Bring:
  • 5+ years’ experience in technical project or program management across cloud, software, or infrastructure environments.
  • Strong experience managing projects within AWS (required), with additional exposure to Azure or GCP being beneficial.
  • Solid understanding of cloud architectures, distributed systems, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and enterprise software delivery processes.
  • Background in infrastructure or cloud migration initiatives, with the ability to communicate crisply with cloud engineering and architecture teams.
  • Proven success leading cross‑functional projects with multiple technical dependencies.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience interpreting KPIs, operational metrics, financial modeling inputs, or engineering insights.
What Could Set You Apart:
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience working in highly technical or cloud‑heavy product organizations.
  • Background supporting senior cloud leadership or operational planning functions.
