As the Director of Platform Delivery at Epicor, you will guide and elevate some of our most critical technical initiatives. You will bring clarity to complex programs, strengthen alignment across engineering and product teams, and ensure major security‑focused initiatives are delivered with discipline and precision. You will influence strategic decision‑making and help shape the future of secure, scalable solutions across Epicor.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading end‑to‑end delivery of Epicor’s enterprise security and compliance initiatives, ensuring each program advances with clear milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes.

  • Driving alignment across engineering, product, cloud, security, and compliance teams to maintain shared priorities, remove barriers, and accelerate program execution.

  • Creating detailed delivery plans, managing technical dependencies, and overseeing risk mitigation strategies across distributed architectures and solutions.

  • Monitoring program progress across multiple workstreams, proactively identifying systemic risks, and implementing scalable mitigation approaches.

  • Influencing technical strategy and aligning key program goals with Epicor’s long-term engineering and business roadmap.

  • Partnering closely with engineering leaders and security experts to resolve complex technical issues and ensure program decisions meet architectural and compliance standards.

  • Providing timely and transparent updates to senior and executive leadership, summarizing progress, risks, and recommendations to maintain organizational alignment.

What you will likely bring:

  • Hands-on expertise with FedRAMP frameworks and implementing compliant systems at scale.

  • Practical experience deploying and operationalizing Zero Trust architectures in enterprise environments.

  • Demonstrated leadership guiding and developing multi-discipline engineering teams.

  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with the capacity to drive multiple, high‑impact workstreams.

  • Advanced technical risk‑management skills and experience establishing long‑term governance models.

  • Familiarity with program and project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

  • 11+ years of progressive professional experience.

  • 6+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams.

  • 5+ years of industry-specific or technical program delivery experience.

What could set you apart:

  • Experience in security leadership supporting enterprise-scale security, compliance, or architectural programs.

  • Strong hybrid‑cloud program delivery experience across distributed or regulated environments.

  • Familiarity with government, regulated‑industry, or compliance‑driven technology environments.

  • A deep technical foundation enabling confident decision‑making across engineering, architecture, and security.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred
