Quote, Contract, and Order Operations within the Finance organization.

This role will be shared between Quote & Contract Operations and Order Operations, providing hands-on exposure to an end-to-end, integrated Quote-to-Invoice environment spanning Salesforce CPQ, contracting, order management, billing, and downstream finance processes.

The internship offers practical experience in operational process analysis, systems thinking, risk awareness, and cross-functional collaboration within a SaaS and ERP-integrated ecosystem.

The intern will work closely with experienced operations leaders and subject matter experts and gain insight into how Finance-led operational improvements are designed, documented, and scaled.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with documenting Quote, Contract, and Order workflows, including handoffs, roles, and decision points

  • Support process improvement or redesign efforts through analysis, workshops, and structured reviews

  • Capture inputs and outcomes from working sessions in clear, usable formats (process maps, summaries, visual artifacts)

  • Help identify process gaps, inefficiencies, or risks across quote-to-order and order-to-invoice activities

  • Support documentation of findings in concise formats suitable for Finance and Operations stakeholders

  • Assist with documenting improvement initiatives, dependencies, and impacts across teams

  • Support preparation of materials for reviews, planning discussions, or change communications

  • Support evaluation and documentation of tools used across Quote-to-Cash operations (e.g., Salesforce CPQ and downstream systems)

  • Assist with creating or updating operational documentation, job aids, or FAQs

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field

  • Excel proficiency

  • Interest in operations, process improvement, or enterprise systems

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and learning new tools and processes
