Business Intelligence Consultant

The Business Intelligence Consultant participates in consulting engagements and assumes responsibility for training new clients on our Business Intelligence tool, Grow, and producing quality deliverables for clients. They will work with clients on an independent basis for short-term engagements with little supervision. The ability to train, answer questions, and resolve issues and concerns is key for success in this role.
What You Will Be Doing:
Work independently on smaller projects.
Interact with members of cross-functional teams.
Identify issues and risks and report to the Project Manager with suggested direction.
Meet utilization targets and complete project deliverables on time.
Teach clients BI and data best practices to ensure long-term success with the product.
Create dashboards and metrics that align with the client’s business goals and needs.
Manage client relationships and expectations by resolving issues, answering questions, training on new products and features, and setting upfront expectations of projects.
What You Will Likely Bring:
Deep desire to help clients as they utilize BI (sometimes for the first time!).
Ability to meet utilization targets and complete project deliverables on time.
Customer centric, results oriented, self-starter, and able to work independently.
Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills, including virtual presentations.
Strong organizational, project management and time management skills.
Ability to think analytically, evaluate, and solve complex and unique client problems.
Ability to learn new technologies: Grow, SQL, Salesforce, Shopify, etc.
Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and/or manufacturing accounting concepts.
Located within the United States and have ability to travel to clients on throughout the United States
Ability to travel occasionally.
What Could Set You Apart:
3+ years applicable experience with BI visualization tools/data analysis.
2+ years consulting experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
Deep knowledge of BI best practices.
Previous customer facing experience.
Knowledge of Epicor ERP Software or similar ERP software
Advanced SQL
API Connections (Hubspot, Shopify, Google Analytics, etc.)
Salesforce / Financial Force
Marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)

Range:
Minimum: $94,000 USD Maximum: $151,000 USDThe salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
