Senior Manager of Experience Design

What you will be doing:
- Lead end‑to‑end discovery and problem framing for revenue‑critical and operational initiatives, identifying high‑impact opportunities that move the business forward.
- Translate complex financial, operational, and service workflows into actionable experience strategies that guide product and engineering decisions.
- Design AI‑native workflows that incorporate automation, intelligent agents, and human‑in‑the‑loop processes across enterprise systems.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to co‑own direction, evaluate tradeoffs, and ensure alignment through execution.
- Deliver high‑quality work across research, service design, interaction design, and prototyping.
- Determine when process redesign or AI‑enabled applications create the greatest leverage for scale and efficiency.
- Embed experience thinking early in product development and establish patterns and operating rhythms that support a growing team.
What you will likely bring:
- Experience Design leadership within enterprise or complex systems environments.
- Expertise in AI‑enabled enterprise workflow design.
- Strong financial industry or financial‑systems domain knowledge.
- Ability to operate autonomously as a senior individual contributor working with senior‑level stakeholders.
- Technical fluency in AI, machine learning, data systems, or APIs to collaborate deeply with engineering teams.
- Proven experience shaping strategy and delivering measurable impact through experience‑led transformation.

- Hands‑on experience applying intelligent agents or AI decision‑support tools within enterprise workflows.
- Experience redesigning service delivery models or operational processes.
- Strong executive storytelling and synthesis skills.
- Experience transitioning from senior individual contributor to people leadership or a strong interest in doing so.
