The Customer Account Manager, Senior is responsible for the relationship and sales efforts of our existing customers. Manages sales forecasting and account planning. Participates in the development, presentation and sales. Coaches and mentors other team members.
Duties & Responsibilities
Coaches and mentors CAMs ensuring consistent and high standards of service delivery.
Responsible for attainment of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota, as well as weekly pipeline creation goals.
Drives territory activity by placing outbound calls to follow-up on products and service inquiries, and to recommend appropriate solutions.
Provides customer quotes, ROI, proposals and product information based on specific use case and business value.
Creates long term relationship within customer leadership team and develop reference ability within install base.
Partners with others within Epicor to sell our solution.
Conducts account and territory planning.
Generates leads through social selling and own network.
Follows up on company generated leads within territory.
Some travel is expected in support of sales efforts.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proven presentation and demonstration skills
Manufacturing sector experience preferable
Self-starter with the ability to operate independently.
4+ years ERP experience
4+ years account management and/or sales experience including customer satisfaction.
4+ years of consistent quota attainment
Qualifications
4+ years applicable experience
High school diploma preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
