As s Customer Success Manager you will play a key role in helping customers achieve maximum value from our software solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will build strong relationships with customers, guide them in successfully adopting our products, and advocate for their needs internally.

Working closely with sales, support, and product teams, you will help deliver excellent customer experiences while supporting long-term customer success and business growth.

This role is based in Poland and supports our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions within the Strategic Applications (SA) group—a portfolio of products that help organizations improve decision-making, automate processes, integrate data, and empower connected workers.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them maximize the value derived from our EDI solution.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale and acting as a liaison between the customer and internal teams.

  • Proactively identifying opportunities for customer growth, expansion, and upsell across our portfolio of products.

  • Monitor customer health and engagement metrics, taking action to drive adoption, address risks and ensure retention and renewal.

  • Provide a regular business reviews and strategic recommendations to ensure customers achieve their business objectives.

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for product enhancements.

  • Resolve customer escalations and issues, coordinating with Support and Technical resources as needed.

  • Attend on-site customer events to strengthen our business relationship, generate leads, and/or create new sales opportunities.

What you'll likely to bring

  • Fluent in Polish, German, and English languages

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS and/or enterprise software.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

  • Comfortable with CRM systems, customer reporting, and analytics tools.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Critical thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and events.

  • High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with EDI

  • Industry certifications relevant to Customer Success, Project Management, or Software Sales.
