Step into your future as a Portfolio Manager for Hardlines and Electrical Distributor customers. You will drive customer success by managing market share analytics, supporting data inquiries, and collaborating across teams to deliver impactful solutions.
What you will be doing:
- Manage and support a portfolio of Hardlines and Electrical Distributor customers, addressing market share analytics and data inquiries.
- Lead scheduled and ad-hoc meetings with customers, driving and communicating inquiries independently and with strategic team members.
- Scope customer requirements and communicate clearly to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Data Operations, Reporting/Analytics, Data Scientists, and Database Developers to align support efforts.
- Understand customer use cases for Market Share Analytics, including SKU-level performance, competitor analysis, and brand performance.
- Prioritize urgent issues, bringing in appropriate team members promptly.
- Oversee customer retention, manage contract renewals, and support sales with KNAs and product expansion opportunities.
- Work with the Data Operations Manager on billing and contract-related activities.
What you will likely bring:
- 3+ years’ applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- Experience working with retail-based customers and Big Data (Hardlines and/or Electrical Distribution preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Ability to manage large, multi-product segments and multi-site customers.
- Confidence in multi-tasking and pivoting between inquiries.
- Adaptability, self-motivation, strong time management, and willingness to embrace change.
- Dynamic problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and process-driven mindset.
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills; highly collaborative.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., MicroStrategy), project management tools (e.g., Jira), and proficiency with MS Office.
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, predictive analytics).
- Familiarity with billing and contract management software (preferred).

Range:
Minimum: $82,000 USD Maximum: $131,000 USDThe salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
