As Senior Data Reporting Analyst at Epicor, you will play a critical role in transforming complex, high‑volume data into trusted, actionable insights. You will lead data acquisition and normalization efforts, ensure data integrity at scale, and deliver advanced analytics content that supports customers across the Automotive, Hardware Home Center, and Electrical channels. You will also act as a mentor and subject‑matter expert for the team, partnering cross‑functionally to improve processes, elevate analytics capabilities, and continuously enhance how data is used to drive smarter decisions.
What you will be doing:
  • Lead data acquisition, normalization, and validation efforts across multiple industry sources, ensuring databases remain accurate, organized, and error free
  • Analyze large datasets at production scale to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and troubleshoot underlying data issues
  • Conduct complex data and market research to categorize and condition data for advanced analytics and reporting solutions
  • Create and deliver advanced analytical content and recurring reporting packages using statistical techniques
  • Support and sustain customer analytics deliverables, meeting contract deadlines and service‑level commitments
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve systems, processes, and methodologies that enhance productivity and data integrity
  • Coach and mentor team members, serving as a lead resource and supporting the adoption of new tools and best practices
What you will likely bring:
  • 5+ years’ experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence, with demonstrated success working with large datasets (20k–100k+ rows)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and SKU‑level data validation
  • Strong experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and validating complex datasets to resolve anomalies and ensure accuracy
  • Working knowledge of data manipulation, business intelligence tools, and statistical applications
  • Experience building repeatable processes and managing multiple stakeholders and customer priorities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
What could set you apart:
  • Familiarity with MicroStrategy / Strategy BI, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Exposure to ERP systems, POS data, or Microsoft Access‑like tools (such as Paradox)
  • Experience working with AI‑enabled tools, including Copilot, ChatGPT, or predictive analytics solutions
  • Prior experience as a team lead or first‑time people manager, with a passion for mentoring others

Range:

Minimum: $82,000 USD Maximum: $131,000 USD
