Associate Manager of Product Development | Identity Platform

What you will be doing:
- Support the technical direction of the Epicor Identity Platform, contributing hands-on development and conducting pull request reviews
- Set objectives for the product development team, assign and prioritize work, and track progress across delivery milestones
- Mentor and support software engineers through code reviews, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback
- Partner with product management to help define and execute the Identity Platform roadmap
- Collaborate with Epicor ERP partners and customers to support identity provider integrations and customer adoption
- Contribute to cloud infrastructure initiatives, including migration from Azure Service Fabric to shared Kubernetes environments
- Track team progress and prepare clear delivery and status updates for leadership
What you will likely bring:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET development, including building scalable RESTful APIs using Entity Framework or EF Core
- 5+ years of experience delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure, including Azure Service Fabric and Cosmos DB
- Experience working with identity and access management platforms, including Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory)
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills with experience resolving complex system and performance issues
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Proficiency with Git, modern branching strategies, Agile or Scrum development methodologies, and secure coding practices
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
What could set you apart:
- Experience supporting infrastructure migration from Azure Service Fabric to Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience delivering customer-facing identity integrations and working with third-party identity providers
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT to improve engineering efficiency
