Join our Warehouse Management System (WMS) mobile team as a Product QA Developer, where you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Android RF/mobile application used in performance-critical logistics environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate new features, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.

What you will be doing:

  • Design, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for WMS mobile workflows, covering functional, system, integration, and regression testing.
  • Perform both manual and automated testing, clearly documenting results and leveraging best-practice QA methodologies.
  • Reproduce and analyze client-reported issues, collaborating with developers to isolate root causes and confirm fixes.
  • Validate end-to-end scenarios across Android apps, web services, and SQL Server, including data integrity checks using SQL queries.
  • Participate in real-world and controlled environment testing to ensure reliable performance under warehouse conditions.
  • Track, triage, and verify defects using test tracking tools, providing clear reproduction steps and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, review changes, and contribute to test strategy improvements.
  • Support release readiness by executing regression suites and assisting with customer-facing troubleshooting as needed.

What you will likely bring:

  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, software testing principles, and validation/verification techniques.
  • Experience with SQL Server, including writing and executing queries to validate data behavior.
  • Proficiency in creating and executing test plans and cases, with clear documentation for reporting.
  • Familiarity with test and defect tracking tools, and strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions while working independently.
  • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance/testing (or equivalent experience).
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

What could set you apart:

  • Experience with mobile testing (Android devices, RF/scanner workflows, intermittent connectivity) in warehouse environments.
  • Test automation experience, including creating and maintaining automated suites.
  • Prior exposure to WMS/logistics, performance-critical systems, or data-intensive enterprise software.
  • Ability to mentor others or lead test strategy improvements.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate testing (e.g., test case generation, log analysis, and defect triage) is an asset.
