What You Will Be Doing
Analyze data integrity and data quality issues across source systems, primarily finance data.
Use SQL and other data analysis tools to extract, validate, reconcile, and analyze large datasets.
Design, build, and maintain inline data monitoring processes and data controls to proactively identify data quality risks.
Support data controls, data audits, governance activities, and data correction processes to improve overall data quality and integrity.
Partner closely with platform engineering teams to investigate data issues and support automated controls across business-critical systems.
Evaluate the impact of system, process, or transformation changes on data flow, data quality, and data integrity.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data issues, document requirements, and translate business needs into data quality solutions.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements to data quality processes and controls.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, or leadership to junior data quality analysts or team members.
What You Will Likely Bring
Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, data analysis, data profiling, data validation, and issue investigation; T-SQL experience is preferred but not required.
Strong experience analyzing data integrity and data quality issues across source systems, with the ability to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Proven experience designing, building, or maintaining data controls, data audits, and inline data monitoring processes to improve data quality and integrity.
Experience working on medium to large-scale transformation projects, especially those involving business processes, source systems, reporting flows, or data quality improvements.
Strong data analysis and data modeling skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets and understand relationships across systems.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
Experience designing end-to-end solutions for data quality, data controls, process improvements, or business data validation needs.

5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
2+ years of specialized/industry experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Preferred: Power BI or Tableau, Azure exposure
