As a Product Manager for Country-Specific Functionality (CSF), you will be responsible for the strategic direction and internal and external advocacy of country-specific capabilities across the Europe and UKI regions. You will act as a key spokesperson for country-specific features (CSFs) and regional capabilities within Europe and should be confident communicating across a range of channels, including public speaking.

We are looking for someone who brings a strong combination of financial expertise, European business experience, and knowledge of localization requirements across key countries in Europe. A keen interest in market research, emerging trends, and regulatory and fiscal changes will be important to success in this role. You will build a network of trusted local advisors across the region and maintain a repository of relevant documentation and materials to support Epicor’s continued growth in this market. With strong attention to detail and a focus on quality, you will translate technical, fiscal, and legal capabilities into clear business value and customer benefit.

As a strong collaborator and networker, you will work closely with other areas of the business to succeed in this role. In particular, you will partner with the wider Product Marketing team, Sales, Support, and Consulting to define local requirements and develop new ideas based on ongoing market research, customer engagement, and analyst insights, ensuring Epicor continues to deliver high-quality products across your region.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be part of the global CSF team responsible for legal requirements and best practices around the world.

  • Work with internal stakeholders, local partners, and external contributors to document and define local and regional localization requirements.

  • Define local and regional priorities for the expansion of Epicor Country-Specific Functionality (CSF).

  • Work with other members of the CSF product team to develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our approach in the market.

  • Drive sales enablement by communicating the value proposition of our CSF approach to the sales team and developing tools and detailed materials that support the sales process for country-specific functionality.

  • Serve as the expert on local commercial, fiscal, and country-specific requirements in your region, and monitor how these evolve across the markets we serve and how we can strengthen our competitive position.

  • Evaluate potential partner relationships to strengthen our local and regional value proposition.

What you'll likely to bring

  • 5+ years of software product management experience, including at least 2 years in a customer-facing role.

  • Strong knowledge of business requirements, including fiscal and legal requirements across Europe and UKI.

  • Strong knowledge of financial or accounting practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree or knowledge of finance or accounting, manufacturing, and distribution practices within the European region.in business, Finance, or a related field.

  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Excellent interpersonal, project management, and business management skills.

  • Customer-focused, collaborative, and effective at building strong networks.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, PivotTables, and Project, as well as Microsoft SharePoint.
