Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists with training and operation of Epicor systems, tools, reporting, and approvals.
• Compiles data and assists with analytics.
• Gathers business requirements used for design, improvement and configuration of systems and assists in
• communication of policy, process and programs to support Professional Services growth strategies.
• Works with and assists the Resource Manager with requests, resourcing, scheduling and follow up as needed.
• Works cross functionally with other teams including Sales, Finance, Sales operations, Pricing, Marketing, Consulting Operations, IT and Dev. to resolve issues and ensure smooth outcomes, flows and excellence in customer experience for internal and external customers.
• Participates in the quoting process to provide accurate document output, correct pricing and margins, approvals and corrections to PS related data.
• Processes PS billing items as needed.
• Trains and executes on other tasks, activities and processes that become owned by Prof. Services at any interval.

Qualifications

• 2+ years applicable experience.
• High school diploma preferred.

Additional Qualifications

• Computer Skills: Must be proficient with intermediate to excellent skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Other Skills: Previous experience using Apttus Quoting, Business Intelligence tools or Salesforce CRM is a plus

Range:

Minimum: 15,986.96 EUR Maximum: 23,980.44 EUR

The salary range indicated reflects the compensation band for this role at Epicor. Actual placement within the range will be determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. This range applies to the specific country of hire.
