We’re looking for a passionate, experienced leader to manage our team of

Implementation Specialists—team members who are on the frontlines of client

onboarding and success. This is an opportunity to help build and scale one of the most

critical functions in our company.

What You’ll Do:

As the Manager of the Implementation Specialist Team, you will oversee the successful

implementation of Halda’s solutions for our higher education clients. You’ll lead a team

of part-time Implementation Specialists (often students or early-career professionals),

helping them develop the skills needed to deliver excellence across technical

onboarding, content writing, and project execution. You’ll be responsible for hiring,

coaching, and scaling this team, while also building and optimizing the operational

systems they rely on.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Implementation Specialists.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of implementation projects across multiple
  • clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to align on client
  • goals.
  • Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline
  • implementation.
  • Track team metrics (e.g., time to launch, client satisfaction, error rates) and
  • continuously optimize processes.
  • Identify new ways to enhance team efficiency and client outcomes, including
  • through automation, training, or improved tooling.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex implementation challenges.
  • Ensure the team consistently provides excellent customer experiences,
  • balancing speed, accuracy, and empathy.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or client
  • onboarding—preferably at a SaaS company.
  • 1–2+ years of experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, especially in reviewing and refining content.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, support).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and experience with CRM integrations required.
  • Familiarity with higher education, education technology, or student recruitment is
  • a plus.
