Role Overview

As a Homie Real Estate Agent, you’ll represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, provide expert guidance throughout the process, and deliver an exceptional client experience. We’re seeking driven, knowledgeable, and customer-focused agents who are excited about leveraging Homie’s technology and marketing resources to grow their business.

Responsibilities

  • Reconnect with and nurture a provided list of warm past Homie leads, converting them into active clients
  • Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and self-generated outreach
  • Work with buyers and sellers to execute transactions from start to close
  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and property recommendations
  • Write and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with Utah real estate laws
  • Use Homie’s CRM and marketing tools to manage leads and client communication
  • Provide consistent follow-up and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with the Homie team to share insights, best practices, and support

Qualifications

  • Active Utah real estate license
  • Strong knowledge of the local market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and customer-oriented
  • Comfortable with outreach, prospecting, and lead follow-up
  • Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM tools and digital platforms
  • Prior sales experience in real estate is preferred
