About Kadence
Kadence builds workplace coordination software for hybrid work: space planning, workplace analytics, team coordination, AI assistants and workplace events. Founded in 2013, we serve more than 650 customer organisations, from fast-growing companies to global corporations, with offices in Belfast, London, San Francisco and Salt Lake City.
The role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Data, Insights & Integrations Pod. You will own the Kadence insights platform: the analytics that real estate, workplace and finance leaders in global corporations use to decide how much space they need, how it is used and what it costs. Our insights reach the C-suite, so the bar for accuracy, clarity and judgement is high.
This is not a role where you take a dashboard request and ship it. Clients often ask for a chart when what they need is an answer. You will sit with them, find the decision behind the question and the pain behind the ask, and then build the product that solves it, once, for every customer who shares that problem.
You will also own the integrations that feed and extend the platform: the HR, identity, access-control, sensor and BI systems our customers connect to Kadence.
What you'll do
Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for the insights platform and integrations, and lead a cross-functional pod of engineers, data specialists and design.
Work directly with clients, from workplace teams to the executives they report to. Run discovery sessions, workshops and reviews that get beyond the request to the decision and the pain under it.
Turn what you learn into dashboards, reports, metrics and data products that answer real executive questions: Do we have the right amount of space? Is our hybrid policy working? Where can we save money?
Own the semantic layer behind our insights: the shared metric definitions and data models that dashboards, APIs and AI assistants all draw from, so every number we show a CFO or CRE leader is correct, consistent, explainable and trusted.
Present insights and product direction to senior stakeholders, inside Kadence and at client organisations, and tell a clear story with data.
Spot patterns across clients and turn one-off requests into scalable product capabilities, rather than bespoke work.
Lead how AI changes the way clients get answers: natural-language questions over workplace data, AI-generated insights, and access to Kadence data from tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude through MCP. Set the guardrails that keep those answers accurate, governed and safe.
Prioritise and shape our integrations roadmap with engineering, partners and customer success.
Work with commercial, customer success and marketing on positioning, go-to-market and renewals where insights are the deciding factor.
Break complex, ambiguous problems into clear, shippable steps for the team, and measure what ships.
What you'll bring
Several years of product management in B2B SaaS, with a record of shipping data, analytics or insights products that customers rely on.
Modern data fluency, built on strong SQL. You write your own queries to explore data, check a number and test a hypothesis without waiting for an analyst. You also understand semantic layers and metric stores, how LLMs answer questions over structured data (text-to-SQL, retrieval, agents and tool use), and where each approach breaks. You can question a metric's definition and you know when a number is misleading.
Experience using data in executive settings: you have presented to, and influenced, C-suite or senior leadership audiences, and you know how to turn analysis into a decision.
A consultative, client-facing style. You enjoy time with customers, you ask the second and third "why", and you can push back on a request with confidence and tact.
Strong discovery skills: interviews, data analysis and validation, and the judgement to know which problems are worth solving.
Product thinking that scales: you turn a single client's request into a capability many clients can use.
A clear view of AI risk in data products: confidently wrong numbers, different answers to the same question, data leaking across tenants or permission levels, prompt injection, and answers no one can explain. You design products a C-suite audience can trust, with evaluation, citations and human checks where they matter.
Clear communication with executives, clients and engineers alike.
Comfort with ambiguity, a bias to action and real empathy for users.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma and product analytics platforms.
Nice to have
Experience in workplace technology, corporate real estate, facilities or proptech.
A background in analytics consulting, management consulting or a data analyst role before product.
Hands-on experience with a semantic layer or modern data stack (for example dbt Semantic Layer, Cube, LookML, Snowflake or Databricks), or with embedded analytics.
Experience with enterprise integrations: HRIS, identity providers (Entra ID, Okta), access control or IoT sensors.
Experience shipping LLM or agent features to enterprise customers, including evaluation frameworks, MCP or similar tool protocols, and AI governance or data-residency reviews.
