Associate Solutions Architect

The Associate Solutions Architect is a critical member of the Solutions team and Customer Success department. You will collaborate with both Sales and Product during the sales cycle of enterprise accounts, and guide implementation of solutions post-sale. This role encompasses diverse responsibilities: designing integrations, scoping projects, providing technical guidance, fostering team synergy, and nurturing client relationships.

To be a good fit for this particular role, we require that you have:
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in SaaS, consulting, technical delivery roles, or customer relationship management
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related STEM field or equivalent experience
- Technical Foundation: Familiarity with project management principles, databases, process documentation, and understanding of APIs, iPaaS systems, and common CRMs
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team and convey technical concepts clearly to various audiences from executives to engineers
- Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Problem-solving: Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
Responsibilities of the role:
- Support senior Solutions Architects in designing and developing scalable solutions that align with client needs and company objectives
- Assist in translating business requirements into technical solutions, contributing ideas and insights to the solution design process
- Contribute to the implementation and testing of software solutions, ensuring adherence to established processes and best practices
- Learn and grow by actively participating in team discussions, seeking mentorship, and acquiring new technical skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and assist in the development of solution documentation
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and tools to enhance technical knowledge and contribute fresh perspectives to the team
